Bank Wire

Bank Wire is to transfer funds directly to the bank used by XM, namely Barclays Bank. This method is relatively time-consuming because transfers between banks in different countries are also quite complex.

E-Payment Options

E-Payment at XM varies widely. You can choose between WebMoney, Skrill, Neteller, FasaPay, and others.

Credit Card

If you have a Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, or UnionPay credit card, you can use it for Deposits and Withdrawals at XM.

Local Bank Transfer

If you want to transfer via bank, XM has appointed a number of banks in various countries. Alternatively, you can choose a more effective and efficient alternative via a local exchanger. XM will credit your account within a few minutes and notify you via email so that you can start trading immediately.

Please note that XM will not receive the full amount you Deposited because Skrill charges fees for processing your transaction. Nevertheless, XM will cover the balance of any fees charged by Skrill, crediting your account with the corresponding amount.

Please note that XM does accept Withdrawal requests for trading accounts with open positions; however, to ensure the safety of our clients’ trades the following restrictions apply:

a) Requests which would cause the margin level to drop below 150% will not be accepted from Monday 01:00 to Friday 23:50 GMT+2 (DST applies).

b) Requests which could cause the margin level to drop below 400% will not be accepted during weekends, from Friday 23:50 to Monday 01:00 GMT+2 (DST applies).

Please note that any Withdrawal of funds from your trading account will result in the proportional removal of your trading bonus.

In accordance with the Withdrawal Priority Procedure, to protect all parties against fraud and minimize the possibility of money laundering and/or terrorist financing, XM.COM only processes Withdrawals/refunds back to the source of the original Deposit. Kindly note that this is a Withdrawal request only and not an automated function.

Time of Deposit and Withdrawal

The time it takes to Deposit and withdraws at XM varies depending on the method and facilities you use.

Deposits via Credit Card and E-Payment can generally be processed instantly, however, bank transfers will take around 2-5 working days. Meanwhile, any Withdrawals you make will take a maximum of 24 hours.

For a more effective and efficient Deposit and Withdrawal via local exchanger, the time needed is between 3-5 hours (during working hours) from the exchanger side plus the processing time from XM.
